This house can accommodate up to six guests comfortably with
one KING bed, two FULL beds and 1-½ bathrooms.

PRIVATE beach house with separate driveway entrance and one-acre lot next door to La Ponderosa. Casa Brisa Pacifica is owned by a third party and managed by La Ponderosa.
