Guests can purchase meals individually or as a pre-paid package. Email us to add a meal package to your reservation.

The cost of the optional prepaid packages:

3-meals $35/person/ night +tax

2-meals (dinner & breakfast) $25/ person/ night +tax

breakfast only $12/ person/ night +tax


Guests are welcome to bring their own adult beverages, drinks and snacks. We do not have a bar. All rooms have a mini-fridge.

NEW Cancellation policy:

To confirm a reservation a deposit is required. The deposit is 50% of full stay.

To cancel a reservation send an email to Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less any applied bank fees *except groups or holidays.

If cancelled within 30 days of arrival we charge 25% of full stay (half deposit).  If cancelled within 15 days of arrival we charge 50% of full stay (full deposit). If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival we charge full stay.

*HOLIDAY weeks and GROUPS (with 4 rooms or more) are charged full stay if cancelled within 15 days of arrival, charged 50% of full stay if cancelled within 30 days and 25% of full stay if cancelled within 60 days.

No refunds will be given, nor adjustments made to your remaining balance, for unused portions of your stay. This includes and applies to a no show, a late arrival or an early departure.

Reservation & payment policy:

A reservation is not required but is recommended. Availability can change at any moment.

Many of Pavones area businesses (shops, restaurants…) and services (activities, tours, massages…) accept payment only in cash. You can pay in USA dollars or CR colones. There is no ATM is Pavones. Nearest ATMs are in Laurel or Golfito.

To confirm a reservation minimum 50% payment is required. The balance, if not paid prior, will be due the day of your arrival. Reservations for holiday weeks or groups with 4 rooms or more must be paid in full two weeks before arrival.

Payment of deposit options:

  • PayPal – an online platform used to complete payments safely from a bank account, debit card, credit card or a PayPal account balance.
  • Bank deposit or transfer to Bank of America or Banco Nacional de Costa Rica.
  • Cash delivered to hotel
